Portable
How long does the battery last?
Marsmallow Portable offers up to 12 hours of use, depending on the brightness level.
How long does it take to charge?
Charging takes approximately 5 hours.
How do I charge it?
Charge the lamp via USB-C. There is no need to remove the lamp from the base while charging.
Does it have different brightness levels?
Yes. Marsmallow Portable has three brightness levels, controlled by the touch button on the base.
Is the light bulb included?
Yes. Marsmallow Portable comes with a selected 2500K E27 clear glass LED bulb.
Can I replace the bulb?
Yes. Marsmallow Portable uses a compatible 5V E27 bulb. If anything happens to the original bulb, please contact us. We can provide the original bulb selected for Marsmallow Portable.
Can I use any E27 bulb?
No. Marsmallow Portable must only be used with compatible E27 5V bulbs. Do not use 220–240V bulbs with the Portable version.
Is Marsmallow Portable waterproof?
No. Marsmallow Portable is IP20 rated and should be kept away from rain, moisture and water exposure.
How should I clean it?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Do not wash with water or immerse in water.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to EU countries only.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are shipped the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time:
Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium & Luxembourg: 1–2 business days
EU countries: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier workload and public holidays.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within EU countries.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order until it has been shipped. To cancel your order, email hello@mallowatelier.com with your order number.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind about your purchase. Please contact us at hello@mallowatelier.com and include your order number.
How should I return the product?
Please return the product complete, unused, undamaged and carefully packed in its original box.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If the packaging or product arrives damaged, contact us at hello@mallowatelier.com with your order number, a clear description and photos of the product and packaging.
Can I buy a replacement bulb?
Yes. Each Marsmallow lamp comes with a selected bulb. If anything happens to the original bulb, contact us. We can provide or sell the original bulb selected for your Marsmallow model.
Can I use another bulb?
Marsmallow Regular and Marsmallow Grande are compatible with standard E27 bulbs.
Marsmallow Portable must only be used with compatible E27 5V bulbs.
Do you offer replacement parts?
If something happens to your lamp, contact us with your order number and photos. We will check what can be repaired or replaced.
